Since college, Monica Lopez has been all over the board. She went from managing a law firm to advocating for the non-profit housing organization MALDEF, to working with another housing company where, for 14.5 years, they tackled affordable housing and workforce housing. But as government programs changed, that housing company evolved, and by the time she left some five years ago, they were working with multi-million dollar luxury real estate. She needed a career shift, and that’s where the Kato Group came in.
